Hi, Sal (and others)...

I'm coming in late, but let me see what the record shows.

Netprob does have your reports. They aren't currently on
Richard's queue. However, the DCNS queue is a bit bigger:-)

- Well, I've never actually used NetProb, but I still find this minorly
- annoying, and I feel I should report it as a bug, thus transferring my
- annoyance to people who have to use NetProb. Sorry.

annoyance noted. not a bug, though, just a misunderstanding.

- Anyway, Richard writes:

- Apparently, xterm, in 7.7 does not create a utmp entry for someone.
- (I can't find a bug report mentioning this in my NetProb queue, even
- though it was mentioned to me a few times.)

note: MY NetProb queue...

- It should be in the NetProb queue. I reported it as bugs:[12419].
- Shabby reported it as [12660] and again as [12709]. (I never got a
- response.)

2509, 2455, and 2458 (not linked correctly). Also, Richard, you were
assigned 2509, cleared it, and assigned it to rel-eng (Nov. 7). Sounds
like we've solved this bug once and are holding it for a release.

Okay? There is a patch release coming Jan. 31 and a release targetted for
summer. Give us a little time and we'll do what we can, Sal.

Mike
