MZ1.1: No Ticket File Found

 I have a user who had been running MZ1.1 on a Quadra 800 no problem.
 Ever since yesterday (12/8) she cannot run MZ more than twice in a row.
 She has downloaded a fresh copy of the application (she obtained a new 
copy by 2 methods: TechInfo and the AppleShare server).  The first time 
she starts up MZ, it asks the usual startup things, ok. She is able to 
zephyr me.  She quits.  She starts up MZ again and it hangs (flash the 
authentication dialogue box MANY MANY times, but she cannot enter her 
password) and quits w/ the MZ no ticket file found, quitting error.  And 
she can't run MZ a second time.
  I've checked her MacTCP settings.  She can run MacDiscuss okay and 
TechInfo   She's tried running the application at various times of the 
day (from 7:30am to 4pm).  She's in E19, 18.142 subnet.  I've had her 
reboot her mac and try to run MZ both with and without the extensions 
turned off. GetInfo on the program shows that it's unlocked and she runs 
it from the desktop (where her MacDiscuss is also.)  She just can't run 
the darn application twice. 
  Any clues?  Or should I wait for the first snow moon, stand on my left 
foot, hold my mouse in the air and have her run the program.
