The MOSAIC.INI file distributed with the Mosaic for Windows package on
net-dist has the home page set to:
Home Page=http://web.mit.edu
This is missing the trailing "/", causing relative links to break. Try
loading up the MIT home page and the main links will fail, while the links
opened using URL http://web.mit.edu/ will work.
