I am sorry you were inconvenienced by tfirst mis-behaving.
Your netprob submission says you are logged onto a Sun.
Were you logged onto a sun when you tried tfirst?
I have just used tfirst on the Sun in my office, but had no problem.
This may sound like a stupid question, but did you try tfirst several times
and have this happen to you every time?
Can you give me more details on how you were running it?
Were you dialed in?
From what kind of a machine?
Using any terminal emulator software?
Which?
I apologize for not being able to just give you a fix, but until the
thing breaks when I try it, I am as much in the dark as you about why
it is not working.
