olc -- daemon dies when accessed from other realm

Hi!
I was trying to see if OLC had been fixed to do realm checking.
It seems that now rather than letting the person do something (like
list the queue), it will kill the daemon. The server does send out a
message saying:

(Authentication: Authentic from host: MATISSE.MIT.EDU)
Message From: OLC Service
corrupt permissions!
================
before it dies, though.
As you might guess, we only tried this out once :-) I certainly had no
idea that that's what would happen, or else I would have tried it at a
less busy time than the middle of the afternoon.
