mail to olc, they get a reply which says in part:

appended to the text of your existing question.

Please try sending your question again; if it
continues to fail, please contact the consultants
by other means.
================================================================
It should append the message to the existing log.
JIC people -- you don't need to acknowledge receipt of this. I would
be interested in hearing if it gets fixed, though :-)
