What's wrong:
load balancing seems to be having trouble
What should have happened:
I got logged on to al-forno, with 3 more users
and a larger load average.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:

9:03pm up 6 days, 4:33, 13 users, load average: 0.90, 1.66, 1.82
al-forno:.../g/j/gjcoram-> tload puttanesca
9:03pm up 4 days, 8:11, 10 users, load average: 0.07, 0.09, 0.00
Even if I was the 13th user, that still makes 12 to 10 before
I logged on.
