What's wrong:
The snmp-trap port (162/udp) is mis-named. The 6.0R /etc/services file
calls it snmp_trap, when it should be snmp-trap.
What should have happened:
It should have the name fixed. Perhaps snmp_trap should be left as an
add-name.
