System name: m11-113-3
Type and version:	POWER 7.7F
Display type: colorgda

What were you trying to do?
View a DVI file olh brought up. Use the mouse buttons to
	magnify a region.

What's wrong:
Pan the mouse with any of the buttons pressed.
Right and down are ok, but if there's any leftward or upward
component to the movement, the thin black line on the left or
top edge of the window is not erased, and so lots of lines
	streak through the magnification window.

Actually, even without moving the mouse, the top and left borders
are MUCH thicker than the bottom and right borders.

What should have happened:
The top & left borders should be the same thickness as the right &
bottom borders, and whatever the border thicknesses are, the
panning should account for it, and not leave behind icky residues.
