Print a framemaker document to a file only (postscript output)
What's wrong:
Internal error 9 in version 4 generated by fmprintdr.ps
What should have happened:
I believe that maker generated an intermediate print file which then should
have been converted to a postscript file, but an error happened in the
conversion process.
