When I run /usr/openwin/bin/xterm it can not find the app-defaults
file. This means the menu text is wrong and the default translation
table is not used.
/usr/openwin/lib/X11/app-defaults/XTerm is readable.
This happens with $OPENWINHOME unset or set to /usr/openwin
(both of which are allowed according to the manual).
