Print a framemaker file in duplex mode
What's wrong:
it didn't print double sided
What should have happened:
it should have printed on both sides of the page
I tried to print using three different methods. The first was to save
my FrameMaker document in postscript format and use lpr with $PRINTER
set to varan2. This is what the Athena Printing Policy poster says to
do. That failed so I told FrameMaker to print the document with the
printer set to varan2. That failed so I tried to use lpr2 to print
the postscript version. A page was printed that said:
ERROR: undefined
OFFENDING COMMAND: x.x
STACK:
I get this error quite often when I use lpr2.
I then tried lpr -Pvaran2 and that worked. Why did it print in duplex
mode when I used the -P flag?
