What were you trying to do?
Produce a PostScript file from a dvi file using the command
"dvips"
What's wrong ?
"dvips" is not available on dialup machines; however
the old version dvi2ps is still there.
What should have happened:
dvi2ps is fine but I think that this is an old command.
For instance there is no documentation in olc_answers
