Hi,
it's happened twice today: I'd be running matlab on an RS6000/220 , and
I'd try to create a vector using the following command:
d = [ 0.001 : 0.01 : 1e4 ]; (which should only create 1M points), and
matlab would stoll for a few seconds then crash... is it because I have
used up too much memory, or what is it?
the first time, by the way, I Think the whole machine almost crashed
because when matlab froze, I did a " w " in my xterm, and it said
something like "no more processes", so I logged out and logged back in.
thanks a lot,
philo.
