What were you trying to do?
deiconify an xterm
What's wrong:
Nothing he did would work. It turns out that num lock was on, and it
caused mwm to ignore everything he did because it's something hokey
like mod5 or something.
What should have happened:
It should have deiconified when double-clicked or whatever.
