What were you trying to do?
Use Simulink v1.3.
What's wrong:
When you click and drag, on old versions of simulink,
you'd get a dotted line as a guideline. In this new version (updated end
of summer), the guidelines are white. This presents a problem, as the
background is also white, thus giving no usable guideline. It's very
annoying.
What should have happened:
