There is an option to nfsid, "-r" that will purge all mappings to yourself
from a given host. This requires kerberos authentication, and thus cannot
be spoofed. Perhaps, the "-p" option should be restricted to root (for
cleanup purposes).
Unfortunately, the syntax "nfsid -r host" is not currently working due to
some bugs in rpc.mountd (hopefully fixed in the next release).
