On line 22 of /usr/include/sys/time.h on bldge40test-rtusr-60a, there is
an extra '/*'.  Some compilers believe in nesting comments, though the
implementation here does not so this is not a problem here.  However,
because it looks sloppy and can theoretically cause some compiler grief,
I would recommend that these couple extra characters be removed.

I hope this bug report contains all the information that everybody has
requested.  Sorry about the apparently skimpy bug report that I sent in
before.
