What was the user you were helping trying to do?
She was trying to print her xess file before practice. She couldn't
use the printer ajax, because ajax is extremely low on toner, and
its output more closely resembles `garbage' than `graph suitable for
turning in as part of a problem set'.
What went wrong?
Xess had two printer options available, `ajax' and `ajax (no header
page)'. These were the only options available. The `Print Command'
entry in the _Printer Options_ popup was not editable.
What should have happened?
The `Print Command' entry in the _Printer Options_ dialog should be
editable.
