What were you trying to do?
Use the talk command to talk with someone outside of MIT (on Netcom,
a service provider)
What's wrong:
The talk command does not work correctly. When someone outside tries
to initiate talk, it either says "refusing messages" or gets caught when it
checks to see if I initiated it. Also initating talk with someone outside
doesn't work right either.
What should have happened:
The talk should have notified me.
