What were you trying to do?
in the process of debugging C code,
after i compiled it i was back in editor, making some new changes
What's wrong:
emacs spontaneously is adding these characters in unusual
places: 200z
in my code, it adds it where i have blank lines
more problematic: it adds it in my buffer, when i am trying to
find other emacs files
What should have happened:
nothing unusual should happen when i type in characters,
especially on command lines
