send an email message ie write [send] after the [what now?] prompt
What's wrong:
sometimes it replies [-send unkown. Hit <CR> for help]
What should have happened:
it should have sent the message. I'm pretty confident I have not been
typing a dash before [send], since none appears after the [what now] prompt
