You reported a problem with the print quota server recently (well, not that
recently. This response is late because there were some problems with our
bug reporting system; I apologize for the delay).
Simply, the print quota server has some problems that are not completly
understood at the current time. The problem is being investigated right
now, and a fix is expected soon. Until then, you should simply retry
your requests; the server runs correctly most of the time.
I'd also point out that currently no quotaing is being done (since people
can't check their quotas) and that quotas will be reset soon; I believe
on Registration Day.
