the following talks about one of the recent group of "new" root domain
servers which we don't have listed in /etc/named.ca. It's just as
well, since now we'd have to change it:

Subject: root domain server move
Due to the difficulty we are having maintaining a root domain server
at a remote site, the NYSERNet NISC would like to move the root domain
server currently residing on c.nyser.net from 128.213.5.17 to
192.33.4.12. The move will take effect April 7, 1988, as we
are short of time due to circumstances beyond our control.
The new machine will still be 'c.nyser.net'. The inconvenience caused
by this move is much regretted.
