What were you trying to do:
Scroll the internal help screen using the middle mouse button and the scroll bar.
What's wrong:
Characters are being cut and their cut portions remain on the screen, making it difficult to read; scrolling does nothing, but iconifing fixes the display until it is scrolled again.
What should have happened:
Isn't it obvious?
