Audio and floppy problems on Sparcstations with new release

Hi. Just wondering if you folks had discovered the problem.
When I try to access the disk drive (say using mtools):
init: open "/dev/rdiskette": Device busy
When I try to use audioplay:
audioplay: error opening /dev/audio: Permission denied
Hope you can fix this sometime
