Version: 0.9.1b

Problem:
I recently rearranged my Windows structure, moving accessories
such as Notepad and Write to a subdirectory different from Windows
main dir. (C:\WINDOWS). I made the appropriate changes to the [Extensions]
section of WIN.INI to point to the new locations of Notepad, and Write.
Now, when I try to view information through TechInfo, I get a
dialog box saying, "Error running Instance of Viewer".
Does TechInfo assume Notepad and Write are in the Windows
directory? I think it would be better if it got the information from
the Win.ini file, if at all possible.

Another problem:
Under certain unknown circumstances, I minimize TechInfo, but
the icon doesn't show up on the desktop. The "TechInfo" title is
there, and if I click on the space above it, I get the Restore/Move/Size
menu, as if the icon were there.
Possibly related, also an intermitent problem... When Alt-Tabbing
through my running programs, sometimes TechInfo does not appear in the cycle.
It is on Windows Task List (Ctrl-Esc), but not accessible via Alt-Tab.

Please see what can be done about these...I'd be very interested to
see them fixed.

If you have any questions about my bug report, just let me know...
