Some days it just doesn't pay to get up in the morning. There is no problem
with the cmex41 file. Its just stupid me forgetting he has a .mexrs.sh file
in his HOME directory (sorry Steve). Using cmex41, everything compiles fine.
You still need a cmex symlink/file though.
