UA, a private maxine, had this problem under 7.6. We seemed to notice that
people who log out with the logout button left their mwm, zwgc, comp, and
emacs processes lurking (occasionally other things too, but mainly these),
but people who log out with "logout" left nothing.

We got the following comment in OLC. Since it didn't happen before
Prof. Stewart updated the machine and now it does, I figured I should
send in a bug report.

Since the release of 7.7 we've been noticing that tons of old processes
are getting left on our private DECStations. zwgc seems to be the main
culprit, but it seems that random stuff is being left there more often,
too. Is this a release problem, or is it a coincidence?
