The Help button on the Open User Preferences dialog box doesn't do 
anything.

The messages in c:\net\bin\inbox.mdf do not appear until Open Box
is performed, instead the status bar at the bottom states that there
are 0 messages in c:\net\bin\inbox.mdf.
