What's wrong:
Due to a typo, I had =80x490+0+0 as my emacs geometry in my
~/.Xdefaults. Emacs dumped core (illegal instruction). This is *very*
easy to reproduce.
What should have happened:
Typos like this shouldn't crash the program -- it should give an error
indicating *why* it is confused. (the core dump comes from inside of
some scroll_1 routine, if I found the right symbol table.)
