After reporting this to testers I've been informed that it is not
exclusively a problem with the new send in 7.7 but has existed for a
while.

send a random file
What's wrong:
when I run send:
the-other-woman:~: send
send: unable to stat draft file /tmp/Mail/draft: No such file or directory
(Note that homeis currently set to /tmp)
What should have happened:
It should have ashed me what file to use.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
from the send manpage:
Send with no file argument will query whether the draft is
the intended file, whereas `-draft' will suppress this ques-
