Start up EOLCR

What's wrong:
Bombs with error message:
Error getting valid OLC topics!
Can't send request (send_to_kdc)
Also, the message:
Wrong type argument: stringp, ("\\<olcr-temporary-mode-map>Type
\\[olcr-kill-temporary-window] to get rid of this window.")
appears in the command line.
What should have happened:
EOLCR should have started (with a queue listing)
