I installed Version 1.02 of Techmail for Windows on Tuesday. Since then I
have been having problems with
  1) General Protection Faults randomly. They seem to be in different
regions and I have not documented them all, but one occurs in techmail.exe
at 0001:680C. I get a GPF about one third of the time I use techmail.
  2) I get Hesiod errors almost every time I use Techmail. I spoke with
the network help line yesterday and the consultant and I played with my
get-mail user preferences. It is set up with eagle.mit.edu as the default,
and all three boxes are checked. My post-office is po6.mit.edu; it works
if I specify that, but the consultant says that I should not have to.

I never had any of these problems with Version 1.01. The following is the
techmail.ini file

[TechMail]
Inbox=C:\mail\inbox.mdf
RefileTarg=C:\MAIL\DNW.MDF
Draftbox=C:\mail\savebox.mdf
Mailbox=C:\mail\inbox.mdf

dirserver=mitdir.mit.edu
replytoall?=0
Savebox=savebox.mdf

[Version Server / Test Tracker]
error report countdown=17
urgent report countdown=24

[MITPOP]
POServer=eagle.mit.edu
Hesiod=1
Kerberos=1
DestroyTickets=0

[SMTPSend]
headerfile=
OutServer=mit.edu
DefDomain=mit.edu

autoexpn?=1
fixedfont?=1

[Network]
UseSLIP=0

I note that DestroyTickets=0. I just set that this morning (from
UserPreferences). It doesn't seem to matter which way it is set.
