What's wrong:
demeter% whoami
ceg
demeter% passwd.real -s
Changing login shell for ceg.
Old shell: /bin/unsupported_tcsh
New shell: /bin/csh
/bin/csh is unacceptable as a new shell.
demeter% cat /etc/shells

What should have happened:
Passwd.real -s should allow me to change to /bin/csh. It works on
charon.
