Your bug report does not tell what kind of machine you are logged onto.
I will assume it was AL-BURRO from the received-by lines on the envelope
of your message.
There is no man page for stdargs (or stdarg) on the Decstation or VAXStation.
There IS a man page for stdarg on the Solaris Sun, but alas not on the
RS/6000. We are somewhat at the mercy of what the vendor decides to be their level
of support for ANSI. The VAX does NOT support ANSI (but they are going away
so it's not an issue.) The DECStation is not documented to support ANSI
but for the most part does. The Sun and RS/6000 are supposed to be
fully ANSI compliant. Sun has the man page, and I'll call IBM and
beat them up about missing it on the RS/6000.
Rumor has it that later versions of Ultrix than the one we run has
more explicit support of ANSI, and might have the stdarg man page.
