Closing TechInfo for Windows

I was running TechInfo for Windows version 0.8b. I minimized
my session to assist someone with another application. While doing
so I needed to exit and restart Windows. During the Windows close
down process TechInfo produced a dialog box asking weather I wanted
to close TechInfo before exiting Windows. It appears as though clicking
(or highlighting and pressing return) on "YES" has no effect on the TechInfo
software. The only way to exit windows was to manually close the
TechInfo session (File, Exit) first, then exit Windows.
