I was using /afs/athena/system/moira/decmipsbin/moira.
I know this is a low priority bug. Most users wouldn't be trying to do
this, and I've never run into it before, so I don't think it's too
common.
In the "Post Office Box" menu, if you chose "2. set" and then enter a
username which doesn't exist, it'll give you and error but then still
ask you if you wants to set a local pobox and stuff. I think it should
just stop after the error.
