What were you trying to do?
reconfigure inetd.conf to close a gapingsecurity hole.
What's wrong:
When I sent a HUP signal to inetd it continued to accept
connections, but it failed to do anything with them. They appeared to
hang from the remote end.
What should have happened:
inetd should have re-read inetd.conf, and kept working.

This is an RS6000, I hope you didn't expect a man page reference.
