What were you trying to do?
I have been working on athena for extended periods of time
quite a bit lately. Long enough, apparently, for my kerberos
authentication to expire.
What's wrong:
When my authentication expired, I wasn't warned, and found out
when programs would give me weird errors about inability to access
files.
What should have happened:
It seems to me you used to be warned when your authentication
was about to expire. Was this feature removed from the recent release
of athena software?
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
This has always happened on decstation platforms. So I don't
know if the same thing happens on the other platforms.
