I just wanted to report some weird behavior in moira regarding the
signed field in moira, which relates to SIS.
If you do a lookup in moira by ID number, the signed field says it's
signed Bad, when it really may be signed yes. But when you do a
lookup by name, or username, the signed field says "Yes". This isn't
a huge inconvenience, but if you modify someone to be signed yes (if
for some reason they were signed Bad) you need to be careful not to
lookup by ID, cause that will give incorrect signed information.
