Neither attach or detach seems to deal well with dead zephyr servers.
Last night, the primary zephyr server was dead. Both attach and
detach would hang after apparently completing...
A little examination verified that both of these routines were getting
hung up attempting to contact the zephyr server. Now I am not known to
be a patient person. Perhaps I hit cont-C before they timed out.
However, I DID wait for considerably longer than it took for zwrite
or zlocate to time out...
