I' m sorry this has taken a while to get to; I've been looking into this but
don't have much to go on. If it is reproducible I would need the exact
sequence of actions that caused it to happen (exactly which menu selections
were used); also if it happens with a variety of documents or just your
resume.
If it's not, I would suggest contacting User Accounts and asking them to
credit you with a refund.
