In case you haven't gotten a reply from anyone yet:
This is an operational problem, not really a bug. In order to contact the
Frame license server, a process called portmap must be running on the
workstation. If you call the Athena consultants, they should be able
to tell you what to do if this comes up again. I hope this helps.
