Andrew chart core dumps on Dec 3100

(I am sending this note to bugs to make a record of this bug and the
existance of a fix, and to possibly trigger a process of getting the fix
into the andrew locker at some convenient time.)
Problem: start 'chart' from the andrew locker, the window pops up, and
then chart dies with a seg fault.
Cause: Old change to the color map support in ATK that didn't get
propagated to the chart object.
Fix: take code from version 6.2 and add a 'LinkTree' method to chartv.c
and chartv.ch.
To release: fetch /mit/andydevo/src/cmu/atk/chart/chartv.{c,ch}
make install in ...atk/chart
The right objects will be built and installed in andrew locker.
Tested on decmips and sun. Inastalled in nandrew locker.
Low priority bug. Very few people bother to use chart, but it IS a core
dump bug.
