A bug in the frame directory?

A user has noticed two things in the frame directory that are mostly likely
bugs in the frame directory:
1. The system:anyuser does not have any permission to the directory
/mit/frame/contrib/bibframe. Thus, they can't use the stuff in there.
2. Also, there are the following two links to the picture directory in
/mit/frame/man/man1:
lrwxr-xr-x 1 31890 24 May 13 1993 fmbib.1 -> /mit/picture/man/fmbib.1
lrwxr-xr-x 1 31890 30 May 13 1993 fmbibverify.1 -> /mit/picture/man/f
both links were made back during summer. So figure they might be remnants from the developement phase of frame.
