What were you trying to do?
I am trying to edit bitmaps, size 300x300 and larger. I am
also writing an Inessential guide to Bitmaps for SIPB, and am trying
to get all this information straight. (Anyone know when
/mit/graphics/bitmap/bitmap will become available for RS6000s and
Suns?) As far as I know, the bitmap program in x11r5 is the only
one available for RS600s and Sun that provides features like Zoom and
Undo. Therefore it is important that I know what is going on with
the bug listed below.

What's wrong:
Basically, the edit screen of the rsaixbin bitmap program will
not display a loaded bitmap. While it works for small bitmaps, it
does not even work on large bitmaps that it created itself. The Image
function will display those bitmaps, but the edit screen does not.
Hitting the arrow functions will produce ghost images. Zoom also
fails in the same way.

There is a secondary bug, in that sometimes loading an image
will cause the edit screen to expand and cover the left function
buttons. This is not undoable. This also happens on RTs.

What should have happened:
The program should show the bitmap in the edit screen. It is
perfectly capable of doing so when it is creating a new bitmap; the
edit screen failure only occurs on loading. And the Image function
works, too.
