OLTA is broken. Anyone trying to run OLTA gets the message,
Unable to connect to the OLTA daemon. Please try again later.
It's my fault that this happened. I'm a 6.170 lab TA, and was due to
be trained for the system tomorrow, but was poking around tonight with
oltr and typed
topic -topic 6.170
whereupon it died.
