What were you trying to do?
I was using sendmail within emacs (M-X M) and ngelected to fill
in the To: prompt with anything before I sent the message (C-C C-C).
What's wrong:
Messsage all gone. Emacs didn't compalin at me, there is no
autosave, no dead.letter, and the message hasn't yet bounced back. (It
shoudl have by now, I think.)
What should have happened:
Ideally, emacs would complain. Alternatelyk, the letter should
bounce.
