What were you trying to do?
inc
What's wrong:
inc reported "inc: no mail to incorporate", but
new mail was in fact inc'ed (as verified by the creation
time of the message, and from having checked the last
few message numbers in +inbox already).
In fact I did this twice in 10 minutes.
What should have happened:
inc should have shown the scan as the mail came in.
